Food and Eating Concerns
Many people experience issues around food and eating – whether they feel they eat too much, not enough, or struggle to find the balance. These issues can interrelate with spending lots of time thinking about food, worrying about body image, self-esteem or many other challenges.
I will work with you to understand what your concern is and how you would like to address it. From my extensive research and experience, I draw on a broad range of approaches, which we can use to work with your food and eating concerns; the important thing is that we find what is best for you.
